Dear Friends and Family,
I am overjoyed to share some truly exciting news with you! This fall, Emma and I will be returning to Mongolia 🇲🇳, joined by a team of 14 from our community. This mission trip is particularly special to us, as it marks our second visit together to this remarkable country. Emma, with her unyielding enthusiasm, declared, "There's no way I’m not going back this year!" and I couldn’t agree more.
Our mission will once again be in partnership with the Manhole Children's Home, located in the city. This incredible organization provides essential support to single mothers and underprivileged families by offering shelter, education, and childcare. We are eager to continue building the relationships we established last year and to further support the vital work being done there. We are also hoping to strengthen our relationship with the local church and explore how we can better support their mission.
Emma and I will be leaving a few days early to visit the church and see how we can come alongside them in their efforts. We are excited about this opportunity to deepen our connection with the local community and to understand how we can contribute more effectively to their ongoing ministry.
We humbly ask for your prayers as we prepare for this journey. Please join us in praying for the five wonderful children who will be part of our team this year, that God will instill in them His heart for the nations. We also ask for prayers for strength, unity, and a spirit of service among our team members. Finally, we pray that God's love will be evident in every interaction we have with the children and families we will be working with.
